Deposit & Payment Policy:

  • To reserve your dates and guarantee your booking, we require a 50% deposit payment.

  • The balance is due 30 days before your check-in date.

  • For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment will be required right away to confirm the booking


Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a guest needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:​

  • 10% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between booking and 30 days
    before your check-in date.

  • Deposit forfeit - 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 29 days of arrival

  • Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival
     

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit / money paid, and we will refund any remaining balance
to the guest.


Important: Travel Insurance. In order to be covered against possible cancellation costs, we strongly recommend a travel insurance. Please note that SILVERSAND VILLA is a small, family owned business and cannot recover last minute cancellations.

Booking Info:

Check in time starts at 2:00pm, and check out time is by 11:00am. 

 

If you'd like to check in earlier or require a late check out, please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best
to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have a Late Check Out Service available at the time of booking for $50USD,
which will allow you to check out by 4pm and US$100 for any time up until 10pm.

Airport pick ups are included for regular rates* and stays of 3 nights or more. If you'd like to book this service, please let
us know in advance so we can book a driver for you.
*(not to discounted rates)

 

Minimum stay is 2 nights, except during High Season it is 4 nights minimum and Peak Season (Christmas) 6 nights.
Depending on our bookings, we might be able to accommodate you for a shorter period. Please contact us.

House Rules:

Please respect our staff and our property.

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
Our property has a no smoking policy for indoors.
Well behaved pets are allowed on prior request and on prior approval.
