Booking Policy:
Check in time is 2:00pm, and check out time is 12:00pm.
If you'd like to check in earlier or require a late check out, please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best to accommodate you, depending our our availability. Alternatively, we have a Late Check Out Service available at the time of booking for $50USD, which will allow you to check out by 6pm and US$100 for any time up until midnight.
Minimum stay is 2-3 nights, except during High Season, when the minimum night stay is 4-5 nights.
Depending on our bookings, we might be able to accommodate you for a shorter period. Please contact us.
Deposit Policy:
To confirm a booking, we require a 50% deposit. The final, full payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.
For bookings made within 30 days of check-in, full payment will be required to confirm the booking.
Payment for all incidentals incurred during your stay must be paid in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) upon departure.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that a guest needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

10% of the total rental amount - If cancelled more than 60 days before start of the rental period

20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 31 and 60 days before start
of the rental period -
Deposit forfeit - 50% of total rental amount / 100% of Deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival

Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 14 days of arrival
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit / money paid, and we will refund any remaining balance to the guest.
COVID-19 - FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION
After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or unexpected.
However we offer a flexible cancellation for bookings made during the pandemic with 90% refund in case the guest encounters:
- flight cancellations (that are not covered by travel insurance)
- government travel restrictions, health advisories and quarantines
- changes to applicable law and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures
The guest has the obligation to supply documentation to explain the Covid related cancellation e.g. link to a government website with the relevant announcement.
