Booking Policy:

Check in time starts at 2:00pm, and check out time is by 11:00am. 


If you'd like to check in earlier or require a late check out, please contact us ahead of time, and we will do our best
to accommodate you. Alternatively, we have a Late Check Out Service available at the time of booking for $50USD,
which will allow you to check out by 6pm and US$100 for any time up until midnight.


Minimum stay is 2 nights, except during High Season it is 4 nights min and Peak Season (Christmas) 5 nights.
Depending on our bookings, we might be able to accommodate you for a shorter period. Please contact us.


Deposit & Payment Policy:

  • To guarantee your booking, we require a 50% deposit due 30 days prior to arrival date.

  • The balance is due 14 days before your check-in date.

  • For bookings made within 14 days of check-in, full payment will be required right away to confirm the booking

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that a guest needs to cancel a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:

  • 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before
    your check-in date.

  • Deposit forfeit - 100% of the deposit will be forfeited if cancelled within 14 days of arrival

  • Full Charge - Full Stay - If cancelled within 7 days of arrival

The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit / money paid, and we will refund any remaining balance
to the guest.

After the declaration of COVID-19 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organization, the extenuating
circumstances policy no longer applies because COVID-19 and its consequences are no longer unforeseen or
However we offer a flexible cancellation for bookings made during the pandemic with100% refund minus
transaction fees in case the guest encounters:

  • flight cancellations (that are not covered by travel insurance)

  • government travel restrictions, health advisories and quarantines

  • changes to applicable law and other government mandates—like evacuation orders, border closures

The guest has the obligation to supply documentation to show the Covid related cancellation e.g. link to a

government website with the relevant announcement.
- Health related cancellations including Covid symptoms should be covered by your travel insurance.
